PAYMENTS
Credit Card and PayPal are accepted payment method for online products and services. A payment can also be made using Zelle. The session payment MUST be made at the time of service, unless the session is purchased through a prepaid promotional package. The session deposit is nonrefundable. The final digital images will only be released after the FULL payment is received.
COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
In accordance with the United States Copyright Laws, the Photographer owns the copyright of all images created by the Photographer. Silena Art Gallery retains the copyright of all photographs and reserves the right to use all works in its online portfolios, competitions, exhibitions and promotions of its business. All portraits are protected by the United States Copyright Laws, which prohibit unauthorized reproduction, copying and digital duplication. Reproduction rights are strictly limited to the uses specified by the service.
By purchase of a portrait package, Client grants to Silena Art Gallery and its legal representatives the right to use the portraits for promotional purposes of its business, it includes, but not limited to, its social media and online portfolios, art exhibitions and competitions.

RETURN
Returns on prints must be made within 15 days at its original condition. Please contact us for the shipping instructions.
We do not give refund once the digital images are released.
