PAYMENTS
Cash, Credit Card and PayPal are accepted for payment. The session time payment must be made at the time of service, unless the session is purchased through a promotional package.

Promotional offer is an opportunity to work with the artist at a great rate. Please respect their time and talent.
REFUNDS
We provide 100% satisfaction guarantee. However, we do not give a refund once the service is provided and the package is completed. If a client is not happy with the purchase, we provide him/her a credit to be used for a photo re-take session.
Returns on prints must be made within 15 days. After 15 days we will offer an in-gallery credit. We do NOT give refunds for the digital images once they are released to clients.
COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
In accordance with the United States Copyright Laws, the Photographer owns the copyright of all images created by the Photographer. Silena Art Gallery retains the copyright of all photographs and reserves the right to use all works in its online portfolios, competitions, exhibitions and promotions of its business. All portraits are protected by the United States Copyright Laws, which prohibit unauthorized reproduction, copying and digital duplication.Reproduction rights are strictly limited to the uses specified by the service.
By purchase of a portrait package, Client grants to Silena Art Gallery and its legal representatives the right to use the portraits for promotional purposes of its business, it includes, but not limited to, its online portfolios, art exhibitions and competitions.
